The staff was very pleasant. My consultation went well. Was a bit surprised by the expense, but deciding if I will try.

Very informative and answered all the questions we had. Even got some extra snacks to try to ensure we know what we wanted in the future.
I asked up front about the cost......Then, I was taken all round the barn before being told. Bottom line here is it’s too expensive, you could’ve saved me the hassle. You need a better program financially.
The process is easy, the food is consumable. I'm happy because progress continues for my wife and I on this journey.
I was overweight and found it hard to lose weight and keep it off. SOTA has and is teaching me how to lose it effectively and keep it off. Love the accountability and staff and look forward to having them for life to help me keep the weight off and live healthy!
