Everyone at the SOTA location in Southlake was welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, and - most importantly - relaxed and fun! On our first visit, there was a lot of laughter. We met Mercedes, Kacee, and Cooper that day. They made us comfortable from the beginning. They explained the program to us in easy to understand terms, and even though they seemed positive we would be successful if we followed the plan, there was definitely not a “sales pitch.” I am so glad we heard about SOTA!
