Cooper started out with me and she was Great, getting me started. Then Rihanna went over the whole program with me. She was Exceptional, very nice and very thorough
The counselors were all very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Sota in Southlake.

I can't believe how simple it was to integrate into my lifestyle. It is worth every penny, every effort and whatever time it takes. Don't wait another day.
I appreciate the encouragement and assistance each time i visit. Would love to have a pamphlet of recipes to make use of. Thus far my 57-58-59 LBS weight loss has enabled to remove any and ALL prescribed medicine per my Doctor's advice. and that is a BIG bonus.
Great, fast program. Super easy to stay with it and drop pounds. The paradigm shift in food/eating allowed me to lose another 7.5 pounds the first month on maintenance for a total of 61 pounds.
