I was overweight and found it hard to lose weight and keep it off. SOTA has and is teaching me how to lose it effectively and keep it off. Love the accountability and staff and look forward to having them for life to help me keep the weight off and live healthy!

I am so pumped about SOTA. Entire staff is welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. I really believe that I can do this. And the plan s really easy! I can't believe how simple it was to integrate into my lifestyle. It is worth every penny, every effort and whatever time it takes. Don't wait another day.
