I started my weight loss program Feb 2018. I have had a lot of physical set backs. I was in a leg cast for 12 weeks! It was very easy to become frustrated b/c I wasn't able to exercise. I thought of just giving up on the program . But, everyone at the Southlake SOTA center became my support system. They encouraged me during each visit. I am happy to say I am only 7 pounds away from my goal!
Sound program and people; just had to go to a revised plan due to health issues.

The coaches at the Southlake location were so supportive and knowledgeable in mine and my husband's weight loss journey. While we were absolutely held accountable each week, it was done in a way that we never felt ashamed or embarrassed if we had an off week. We lost a combined 105 lbs. and couldn't be happier with our new lifestyle.
