The coaches at the Southlake location were so supportive and knowledgeable in mine and my husband's weight loss journey. While we were absolutely held accountable each week, it was done in a way that we never felt ashamed or embarrassed if we had an off week. We lost a combined 105 lbs. and couldn't be happier with our new lifestyle.
