During the sales call, I was told to expect a team of 9 nutritionists to be texting me throughout the week, helping me, checking in on me. I’ve had one “launch” phone call on Tuesday as a kickoff and since then…. Crickets. Am I paying to do this on my own by just viewing the website? Is that the State Of The Art? Isn’t my first week kind of important to make sure I am doing the program correctly? And “weekly shopping lists” from 5 years ago? Way to expensive
Good program but for a busy business man not easy to follow all of the diet specifics. Easy if you’re at home, difficult on the road. Communication was sporadic the first month until I made it clear that due to my schedule, 8 am did not mean 8:30! Not satisfied with the foods they offer that are not available and I don’t think everything can be blamed on Covid. But, I have lost almost 30 lbs which I could not do in 75 days on my own.
Everyone is super nice and friendly. I do think I would get more out of the program if I had one person/counselor assigned to me. When I have done SOTA before, I had the same person I saw each week and I feel I got better results as I didnt have to explain each time what was going on even though there are notes. I think more consistency would be more efficient and effective.
Customer Service during the initial intake was good... I have issues with the price of the program because I just can't afford it. Another problem is: SOTA doesn't have other programs to serve the lower income people....
$25. Just to talk with someone….who didn’t call when they were suppose to. Had to schedule a new call, making sure time zone difference was taken into consideration (why this was not done the first time, I have no idea). I really enjoyed speaking with Amanda, she was knowledgeable, and encouraging. When she told me the cost of the program would be $9450. I just about fell out of my chair! I’m working thru the program, staying on track. My gains seem good some weeks, stagnant others. Discussing with my team adjustments that could get me in line to hit my target goal. Wish me luck,
Incredibly expensive and you were out of so many foods but did not adjust price accordingly. I am not in Dallas so had to do the consultations over the phone. I always had trouble hearings as there was so much noise in the background it felt very impersonal. Several times I needed to switch my phone appt and I still received calls at the wrong tim. I would not recommend this program to anyone unless you can do it in person.
