The wait time in last 8 weeks has been about 40 minutes almost every time. Don’t see one dedicated consultant as advertised earlier. The best advice I have seen is to cut down bars. Worst coaching available at very high prices
Other than checking in my maintenance, nothing else changed or was added for me! It would be nice to spend more than a few minutes with me
Just got ready upped no real important info to report.
The consultant I spoke with was very upbeat, positive , and informative. However, the cost of the program is prohibitive for me so I declined. Very disappointed I can’t participate.
person was knowledgeable and excited about sota and talked quickly for 56 minutes but kept pushing "product" which I found to be a downer.
So far, I have lost almost 20 lbs that is HUGE for me. I appreciate the words of encouragement. I am not fond of some of the food, as I am unable to digest spicy seasonings. The chili, sloppy joe, and BBQ chips are horrible for my digestion. I am 67, not 27, how about something more like chicken alfredo or plain corn chip flavor??

Everyone was very nice. I really liked the nutritionist the most. I almost didn’t sign up when she told me it would cost over $7,000 & most people paid in full!!! She said it would take approximately eight months for me to lose forty-two pounds!! This approach makes one think that SOTA is dishonest. My idea & choice was to sign up for twelve weeks which cost a little over $3,000 dollars. I did this because my friend lost weight on this program so I know it works & I have made my mind up to lose weight.
Was too expensive for what I actually received.
