You did great, I just think its to expensive for me at this time!
False advertising in my opinion. There is no transparency on what to expect prior to signing up other then prior testimonies with no clue when these people used the program. What you are told verbally at time of signing up is not based on reality after you pay. And you're paying a lot! Requires way too much time for busy professionals and families. Not customized. I will be requesting a refund
The program is solid and easy to do. Successful results. Not a good value. Little counseling involved. Really paying for food and being accountable to someone. It is over $1000 a month. Also they recommend an unrealistic goal and you can not do maintenance unless you are at goal.
I really loved speaking with Amanda. I just wish the pricing was more transparent.
I feel the online program would be good if we had consistent calls from Sota. I feel like every 5 weeks I’d get a girl on the phone that’s sounded carding and supportive. 6 months after completing my program, and I'm still below my goal weight and body fat. I'm grateful for the new habits I learned and worked on with SOTA.

Beyond disappointed. Saved for a year to make down payment. Finally believed I was joining a positive group. I did my part handing over money. You dropped the ball. I made it clear I wanted to start August 1st. Never received food. My initial call was rescheduled for 4 hrs ltr. Missed the call. You are difficult to reach. Phone tree system is cumbersome. I’ll do something local.
Sounds good but totally out of my price range right now
