First of all I’ve always struggled with my weight after being on Sota I don’t crave sweets I don’t miss the fried foods I’ve lost 17 pounds and several inches and I feel good about myself..

Everyone was very nice. However, I signed up because of all of the support they are said to give - phone calls and people to reach out to with questions. So far, no one has called me. I haven't been given any contact number for questions. So far, I'm disappointed.

I was stuck, I was working out, eating clean but with menopause underway I could not lose a pound I was actually gaining. I thought with all this hard work and I’m gaining I’ll never ever lose this weight My Dr told me it’s time for Elastic waist band pants. I’ve been on the program for almost 6 weeks with no cheating. I’ve been on other programs and experienced cravings while dieting. This experience has been different. No weak moments yet. Down 14 lbs so far.
