Didn’t get meals overnight as I said I would pay for the charge and was without Sota prouducts for 3 days, still no products till tomorrow sometime so maybe 4 days. I pay a lot of money for these little packets, at least send what I pay for. Not all the girls are nice I’m not sure if I want to continue. Program is working I’m down 0ver 10 lbs in my first 5 weeks. The girl that signed me up was great, I’m not sure why but I get a different treatment every phone call I pay a lot of money for this I should be treated kindly every single call.
It was a great overall customer service experience. I felt a little blindsided by the price. I feel as though there should be a price breakdown before coming in so people can understand what they’re walking into. I feel as though not only was I told “ you’re out of shape and in terrible health” but that I can’t do anything about it due to the financial constraints. SOTA is a great program and my Rep Jacob was AMAZING. It’s just I wish I would’ve known going on the financial responsibilities.
The plan works but I did not receive any communication nor have anyone check on me during the shelter in. You are basically paying for their products each week which is over $200.
Even the review format is misleading -basically says review here if you had a good experience or click another link and let us know directly if your experience was bad.
Call weekly (maybe more) offer something kind of switch week to week But I think consistent coaching would be the main improvement —when I was speaking to the same person I felt more accountability—stranger called last week and I was busy when I asked her to call the next day she said she would but didn’t call then Snd no one called this week -so it’s been more than two weeks since I’ve given weight update to anyone —-really bad
Great experience and even more grateful to be helped by the debt free plan since my amount is very large and we dont have the money to put a lot down to get started. So i am paying weekly until i have enough to get started. Maybe you could start a scholarship for those that will be on the progrAm paying for than 10 months or something and for us that really want to lose weight but cant really afford the cost of SOTA. Just a suggestion
The program sounded good, however, I was required to pay a $25 consultation fee just to find out the cost of the program. Cost of +/-$37 per day was indicated. Based on other programs was this amount was considered excessive. I did not sign up and went with another program
The call was great and I believe the product would work without a doubt. Unfortunately, the price was more than I imagined it would be. I’m sure it’s worth the money, but not if you don’t have it. Hopefully I can try later.
