Get directionsI just started this morning, nothing to report.
Again it seems like a real struggle for your employees to wear a mask and wear it properly. The gal at the front desk had it under nose and then under her chin. Two others were not wearing one. That office is not very big so this is makes me very uncomfortable. Please have them abide by the mandate to wear a mask and wear it properly. It is very unprofessional. For the amount of money we pay we expect a safe and professional environment.
My introductory conference was very good. I only wish price would be mentioned earlier in the conversation. I am retired and had a budgetary range that I was expecting. When I heard the price I was quite shocked. The ads say that the Cowboys and Mavericks are users...they can afford this. It is not an "everyman" program.
Well. It’s the only thing that works. Snd I adore all the staff. It’s sooooo expensive. That’s the only thing!!!!
I'm 78 and starting weight was 207. I lost 35 pounds on the program. Temptation was often at the door, but the food was satisfying and the support/accountable was absolutely necessary and good. Changing bad habits takes work and commitment but getting a report back from your doctor that you're no longer pre-diabetic and not needing blood pressure medication makes it worth it. Do it for your health!!! Chuci
Although the people at Sota are lovely and very professional, the food is not sustainable. I know there is a real food alternative but for $6,000. I feel like I can administer the diet myself without making additional payments of $648. for the next 4 months. The coaching comprises about 5 minutes per week so this added value is not commensurate with $6,000. for the entire experience. For the price, I'd rather save my money, hire a nutritionist and join a gym. Sorry but I don't know if I'm getting my money's worth.
They set fairly unrealistic goals that you have to get to in order to get to maintenance.
Excellent consultant. Really liked her and very knowledgeable. The price is ridiculously high from my perspective. It should be broken down into bite size pieces. This would be more palatable if you could buy segments of the program ( e.g. first 16 weeks and renew).. If the program works like they say - folks will stay with it and complete the program. The pricing model needs a business plan overhaul!
I had a wonderful experience with SOTA !!! I had put on weight over the last 3 yrs and have tried everything- 6 days per week at the gym- eating “clean”, working with a trainer and nutritionist—- I did not loose one pound for 3 yrs! I had consulted my dr. and was told- it’s just that time in your life- buy bigger pants and move on. I just couldn’t accept that. I was very nervous about getting my hopes up and worried that this program as well wouldn’t work for me . I had read the reviews and looked at the pictures. I str... read more
