Although I would not say that the process was always easy with the plan I had. It turned out to be the perfect plan for me to accomplish my goal of losing 30 pounds in 8 weeks. SOTA is a great program. Good food, great support. I dropped 35 lbs in 8 weeks on the program. I’m now down 42lbs and have been on maintenance for 3 months and keeping it off. My monthly follow up calls are encouraging and I can get any questions I have answered . I would recommend this program to anyone .
I really enjoy visiting the SOTA office-the staff is so friendly and interested in sharing information and help me with my weight loss. I’m onto the maintenance program now and their support is truly helpful!
