Just my second day, but so far so good. The staff has been great explaining things. I'm a little hungry and a bit sleepy at my normal time (3 pm), but because I'm just starting out, I wouldn't expect to see a huge change in two days. Looking forward to following this and see the results in 10 weeks. I'm excited to keep going!

Sota did well, I'm the one who keeps slipping. The weekly calls and responses to my texted questions are very helpful to keep me focused on my goal. I have had to learn to be patient and set little goals for myself.
