SOTA is a great experience! I never expected so much support through this journey. I would recommend SOTA to anyone looking to make a change in their life style.
So far so good. 3 weigh-in's and 3 days into program and have 25% of my goal completed.
Easy plan to follow, tasty meals/food and positive support nutritionists.
The Sota program is excellent,. it is a great guide for weight loss. The nutritionists are very supportive.
Good on support weekly, not sure how well you do on how to maintain weight, could be better
I have lost almost 40 lbs and feel wonderful!! Everyone feels like family and are so encouraging and going beyond changes in my eating habits to further my progress.
