Kept me on track to a successful weight loss
Marissa is great! Very friendly, upbeat and extremely encouraging!
I'm five weeks into the program and 25 pounds down. If I walked more, I'm sure it would be down a bit more. The staff is friendly, the food is decent. I'm back to cooking again and my wife loves that for sure! No more Doordash, Favor, etc. for pizza and Dairy Queen. I've found it's easy after the first week to just follow the plan and stick to it. It really does work.
I really appreciate the personal approach to help with learning a new way to eat.

I have lost 40 pounds since the beginning of January 2023 on this program. The weekly accountability meetings are a very helpful tool. It has mostly been a positive experience.
