everything was really great, it was nice to have the products to fall back on when you didn't have something planned to eat! I have continued to lose even after starting maintenance. The girls were so helpful with any questions I had or by text on weekends, etc. I could not have done this on my own and especially in this time.
This program works! When you stick to the meal schedule and do just a little cardio the pounds come off. I am in my 12th week and have lost 23+ pounds. I feel better and my blood pressure is down. Not to mention I look better too. I have dropped down about two sizes but I’m waiting to buy new clothes until I complete the program. Wish me luck!
