Highly recommend SOTA!! The team, product, program is the BEST if you are serious about losing weight. I lost 12 pounds in 2 months by myself (DIY) before joining SOTA; the program accelerated my loss and helped me lose ANOTHER 60 pounds in 4 months, that is 4 pounds a week!

My husband and I started the SOTA Weight Loss program 11 weeks ago, and we have done so well. We’ve enjoyed doing this together and we have both reached our initial goal weight. Being in our 60s, we still have belly fat and we are considering staying on the program another month before we begin maintenance. I’m very proud that we’ve changed our eating habits to include healthy vegetables and healthy portions. This is the best thing we have ever done for ourselves!

Being 68 years old, I thought I had to get bigger and bigger-especially my belly! But no, my whole frame is getting mire toned and the belly is shrinking! If you dedicate yourself to the program, it is amazing how it works Ron!
