Being 68 years old, I thought I had to get bigger and bigger-especially my belly! But no, my whole frame is getting mire toned and the belly is shrinking! If you dedicate yourself to the program, it is amazing how it works Ron!
I tried Noom, Weight Watchers and all the rest but got to the plateau and couldn’t lose more. SOTA got me there and past my goal and still easily maintained. As a 56 year old woman - that is a miracle!! Thank you!!!
What a great program. IT WORKS!! They teach you how to eat and once you complete the the first phase then they check on you to make sure you contact your new way of eating I lose 25 lbs and maintaining. Great program!!!

I lost more weight than I expected on the Sota program
First, I'll say this program works. I lost 40 pounds on my 10 week program. I probably could have lost 10 pounds more but incorporating a walk wasn't as easy as I thought it would be. The staff is friendly and helpful and gave positive support and feedback to keep me going. IF there is a downside, it is because there is a financial commitment, but in my case, that's what the motivator was for me to stick with a plan. My weekly call is always prompt at the day and time I selected. My SOTA rep. has been Blake and always goes over your previous week menu selections and always encouraging you to keep up the good work. He will answer any questions that you may have and always solutions. The food is very good and tasty. I had an Out of Town trip for 5 days and was very nervous. But I lost 3 pounds that week. Very proud of myself!!!
