I was lucky enough to watch 2 people melt before my eyes. I signed up for SOTA without reading any reviews. I began in March and am down 31 pounds by mid June. I had tried and tried to do this for years. I am so pleased and I'm only halfway to my goal.
SOTA made the weight process very easy to follow and the results were great. I loved the plan. The nutritionists guide you in the right direction and are very helpful.
