My weekly call is always prompt at the day and time I selected. My SOTA rep. has been Blake and always goes over your previous week menu selections and always encouraging you to keep up the good work. He will answer any questions that you may have and always solutions. The food is very good and tasty. I had an Out of Town trip for 5 days and was very nervous. But I lost 3 pounds that week. Very proud of myself!!!

I love this program and the people! They help you with getting through the tough times and are very motivating. It has been a year and a half and I am able to maintain my weight lost. I was lucky enough to watch 2 people melt before my eyes. I signed up for SOTA without reading any reviews. I began in March and am down 31 pounds by mid June. I had tried and tried to do this for years. I am so pleased and I'm only halfway to my goal.
SOTA made the weight process very easy to follow and the results were great. I loved the plan. The nutritionists guide you in the right direction and are very helpful.
I am on maintenance, having achieved my goal. Started 3/15/22, achieved goal 8/8/22, and have maintained within a pound or two since. I can’t complain.
