I’ve been so happy with my progress! Just about half way there. No cravings or hunger! System makes it pretty easy!
Enjoyed my meeting with Marissa. Very informative. She and the other staff spent a good amount of time explaining the SOTA program. I am looking forward to achieving my goals by eating better foods and losing weight.
