The program worked because I knew exactly what I had to do If it needed tweaking, it was tweaked. If I needed to walk thru an issue or a struggle, someone was there to help It is a consistent way to put structure in your life to get results !
It’s been great, I thought it was going to be harder than this. I just stick to the plan and the weight has been coming off, it’s amazing, I have never seen anything like this before. The program was great for me. Thus far I’ve lost a total of 30ish pounds since November 2022. . I feel better! I look better! It’s all great! Staff was always there to help and always had helpful hints. I’m thrilled with my results and look forward to reaching my goal and maintaining.
I am in week 5 and very excited that I have lost 25 lbs. The food they provide is really good. Marisa in the Plano location is helpful and encouraging me to keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing the Plano staff each week. Everyone is nice.
The approach is well defined. The support is amazing.
The diet is super easy to follow. You definitely loose the weight if you follow the program. The staff is fantastic and they work with you when you need them.
