All the coaches are very helpful and knowledgeable about the system. And I have been on it for two and a half weeks and I have dropped 19 pounds. And I am so excited, and I haven’t struggled at all, I just stick to the routine and I don’t cheat and it has been so easy, and I feel great. I still have a ways to go but I am so grateful for having sota in my life. And I am very excited about my journey ahead of me.

Iffy really helped me this week as I gained my weight back but I am on the right road and she helped me so I keep it off this time.
