Been a fantastic experience thus far halfway in and I think I’ve already lost 17 pounds)!!!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone serious about losing weight, and that has been trying to do it on their own with little success. Ify has been great!!!

SOTA is a great plan that actually works. It was very easy to follow to lose the weight and keep it off. It was done naturally and I feel great as a result.
Great people. Attentive. The toughest thing and I am sure most people would agree is adjusting to the food. But that is understandable. This is a weight loss program. It gets better every day.
I’m actually still on the program but am loving how easy it has been! Didn’t want to start ANY diet because I find it so annoying being hungry all the time but SOTA is different because I’m eating so often I’m never starving!! 💖
