I really appreciate the assistance everyone provided in my dieting. They were always happy to talk and always pleasant. I've lost 25 lbs and have just visited after my 1st month of maintenance. It's been a wonderful experience and I'd recommend SOTA to anyone.
The team at SOTA is fantastic! They are knowledgeable, friendly, caring and truly want you to succeed. They’re weekly calls keep you accountable with no pressure and plenty of encouragement and guidance. If you stick with the plan, the weight will come off. I feel and look better, clothes fit better and even knees don't ache as much. For me, it was a mindset and once I decided I wanted to change, it was easy. Highly recommended.

I’ve tried to lose weight for 15+ years and SOTA is the first program I’ve tried that allowed me to lose weight week after week. 40 pounds down and still going.
Ended up with meeting my weight goal in 8+ weeks. So program was a success. In general pleased with the results for sure. Now in maintenance will see how it goes to maintain. Some comments for improvement. Improve on line access for information and ability to save and print. More feedback on weekly journal and call with consultant. They always seemed rushed. Several issues ordering and receiving food packages. Have many of the meals left over. John
I tried them all Nothing worked until SOTA I have lost 55 pounds Trying to lose 80 pounds Still have work to do but the only reason I have NOT lost the 80 pounds is that there were at least a couple of times I veered off of the program If you stay true you can hit your goals

I have been unable to lose weight for a long time. Mostly because of my lack of discipline, but at the same time, I really did not have a good plan of action. When I join the program in the beginning of June, I had my reservations, but I gave it my best for two full weeks, and during that time I saw That I lost 14 pounds. I was ecstatic and I lost all my weight that I desire to lose in less than three months. Thank you all at SOTA for holding my feet to the fire and training me for a whole new lifestyle.
