This program has been so easy to follow. They explain in detail what to eat. Every week, I have had consistent weight loss. Truly amazing problem that has changed the way I will eat forever.
Achieved my goals however I don't think the full extent of the program subsequent to going in to maintenance is explained well enough in the beginning as it relates to the required dietary changes that must be made permanently based upon recommendations of the SOTA materials. Was kind of a surprise to see and hear all the food items they recommend you don't eat ever agin.

The program works fantastic as long as you stick with it. The weekly weigh in and calls help keep you accountable and the nutritionist are very genuine, kind, and knowledgeable.
The weight is coming off. I appreciate the over the phone consultation & not having to go into an office once a week. Very convenient.
I was really hesitant to start this program, thinking it was going to be the same as the last several (a lot) times I tried to lose weight. I just didn’t have it in me to try to do it on my own anymore. And, I just kept gaining weight. I had done Keto a couple years ago and lost but had since put it back on and then some. Only 30 pounds down, still have 40 to go. Has been the best experience I’ve ever had trying to lose weight. My doctor is also happy with my results.
Love all the products. Especially the hot rr coco and cappuccino for coffee ☕️ in the morning. The sloppy joe and veggie chili is great with my veggies.
