Staff very friendly, caring and compassionate. They answer my questions, able to give tips and encouraging.
Sota Team has been proactive in weekly coaching, excellent product distribution and consistently making resources available on the website to ensure I am successful. Thankful for the team making the commitment to rally around me!

Overall the experience was great.
Supportive and understanding of our needs, challenges, and successes. Most of all were not condescending and essentially cheerleaders for our goals and now maintenance. Telling all our friends and especially those that ask about the program.
So far I have lost 20.1 lbs with the amazing help from the Staff! They are so welcoming, friendly and supportive! Even when I didn’t have a good week I didn’t feel I failed!!!! They asked questions and gave 100 support and assured you next week would be better! It was ALWAYS Supportive words and made me realize how to think more positive! Granted, it may be expensive but, when you have that you have more incentive!

I was in high school wrestling and dieted for years and hated it. I haven't had any discipline in this area for about 40 years! Then my wife asked me to try SOTA with her and I found those first 3 days were tough, but now I'm on a roll and over 21 pounds lighter! I can't believe I'm doing this still... but it's really not difficult. Thanks for putting this together
