Five stars! Started out at 236 with a goal of 200. I’m a 72 year old dude. I admit the first couple of weeks were challenging as we acclimated to figuring out the “can vs cannot” eat scenarios. The nutritionists at SOTA were helpful and encouraged us throughout. Met my goal in 16 weeks. By the way, purchased a magic bullet and mixing/crushing ice with SOTA’s drinks and a few squirts of stevia was absolutely crazy good! I am going to have to find a substitute now!
