The staff at SOTA is top notch. I have enjoyed my weekly updates with them. They are very thoughtful and compassionate. Life is hard, especially when you are trying to lose weight. I would like to thank the staff for listening to me and helping me work towards a better, healthier, and happier life.

I started at 299 pounds because I didn’t want to say in writing I was over 300. In 10 week I have lost 37 pounds and I am on my goal to lose 40 more. This works if you follow the program. I am not the only one as I saw a co worker do this and lose 80 pounds. He motivated me to do it It works
I am 60+ years old and had tried numerous plans to lose the post menopausal weight I had put on with little or no success. SOTa is the first plan where I have lost pounds. I am thrilled!
It is always a rewarding time to go in for my Maintenance Check up. The staff, begining with Diego's big Smile just brightens my day. My appointment went just fine as usual. My coaches know their "stuff" and it has been a nice experience .(since Jan of 2022} I reached my weight loss goal in 9weeks. Now just trying/and succeeding to keep off the weight I lost in the 9weeks. Thank you SOTA
