I am 60+ years old and had tried numerous plans to lose the post menopausal weight I had put on with little or no success. SOTa is the first plan where I have lost pounds. I am thrilled!

My appointment went just fine as usual. My coaches know their "stuff" and it has been a nice experience .(since Jan of 2022} I reached my weight loss goal in 9weeks. Now just trying/and succeeding to keep off the weight I lost in the 9weeks. Thank you SOTA
I've lost 24 pounds in 39 days, it's been steady weight loss, I'm confident I can maintain and keep loosing weight even after going into maintenance
Went from 205 to 165 in about four months. Easy to follow and worked! Maintenance going well. I’m now training for a marathon something I couldn’t do before!

For everyone that says I don’t have the time yea you do. I’m a person who puts in a 70 Hr work week and I found it easy to do. Every coach I dealt with was amazing and supportive. I had a goal weight of 25 pounds and hit it on time and it was easy . I loved this program from start to finish.
SOTA has really good people. They explain everything to you and touch base with you as often as needed. Follow the plan and it will work!
My greatest desire was to KNOW WHAT TO EAT to feel, good , not be hungry and to LOSE WEIGHT!! You answered those questions!! I am now living at my best healthy weight and maintaining it with ease!! Thank you so much!!
