Losing weight!!
The weekly support that I got from Avery was wonderful! She left the company, since then I have had two brief phone calls with different people and the past two weeks I habe gotten way to go texts. Thats it. I am 1 pound from my goal and really feel the support that I have gotten in the end is laughable

It's been a great experience. Friendly and super supportive staff. The program just works, no pills, no starving for food, but learning and sticking to principles of eating healthy.
I love the SOTA program. It is easy to follow, has a wide variety of foods, quick and easy, and fun! I've lost over 30 pounds and I feel marvelous. The support and weekly calls and weigh-ins are positive and helpful for those times when eating can become challenging.

The program worked well for me. I usually was able to obtain my answers to my questions fairly quickly and get back on track with proper eating and nutrition. The nutritionists are very knowledgeable and super friendly. I never had major cravings or slips but they were they incase I needed help to stay on the correct path. I have already suggested to multiple people that the program would work for them too.
