My husband & I found this place after relocating to Temecula. We loved our vet in Carlsbad and we were sorry to leave it but have been really pleased with the doctors here. We love how knowledgeable they are and are in no way pushy with treatment plans. We also liked their hours since so many vets in Temecula seem to close early. We have a frenchie with an assortment of issues and have met all the doctors. They are all equally good!
Love the care and empathy for my rescue dog who is skittish. Staff will even sit on the floor with her, pet her and make her more comfortable duri g the exam.
Let me start out by saying, I'm super picky about who I take my dogs to. I needed a quick office to stop at. South Temecula was where we decided to go. Dr. Lucas was amazing. My female corgi had a horrible allergic reaction all over her back. Dr. Lucas took one look and said "it's fleas". I'm not going to lie, I rolled my eyes. My dogs do NOT have fleas. Whenever we have an urgent need they get us in right away. The staff is accommodating and the vets are knowledgeable. We don't feel pressured, as a multi-pet family, to bring them in all the time. We like that our great dane is seen by someone who has them as their personal pets.
My family has been taking my dog here for years! They've always been really good with him and we always come back for any of our needs!
Love the staff and knowledgeable. Lou likes it here. We will be back for all his visits, whether good bad or ugly. Andrew was awesome
Stephanie,Delanie,Sage and Dr Jensen was incredibly nice and professional. Did not fill pressured into racking up a big bill like a typical dental office. Very respectful of me and my pet. All services was done in a timely manner Team work makes the dream work!!!!!!!!
Kind and courteous, very respectful and helpful during a sad visit. I am very grateful they were open and took us just an hour before they closed. Thank you to an awesome staff.
We are so very thankful for the team at STVH. They have saved our black lab Kevin's life not once, but twice, with emergent situations that would have resulted in his death. The staff and team still remember Kevin, and are so wonderful each time we take in Kevin and Paisley for care. We are so appreciative of all they do.
