Worst Vet extremely overpriced, rude employees that immediately put you on hold for long periods of time when you call in and they just say is this an emergency if not please hold. They also wasted so much of my time after cancelling a tick medicine 3 consecutive times. I have spent over an hour just trying to get a simple refill on this medication. Run don't walk away fron this horrible business. Incredibly poor service!

You say you called me but I have all my calls for the last couple of weeks and you did not. I gave you my personal cell when I called to speak with the office manager who asked me to call by 12:30 p as she had an afternoon appointment.When I called you were already gone and I left my info for a return call which never happened. So not only did you almost kill my dog Kia, you also lied about trying to call me back. Never ever take you dog to these folks. They don't know what they are doing and will lie to cover their tracks.

Trying to over charge asking for extra tests. Upselling really ridiculous. This is the second vet in Temecula sinceI moved that wants to do this.

Amazingly rude and immature response to my request for consideration on a @$8,000 bill for the care of my wonderful dog. Took him in and was charged over $1,000 for first visit and meds. Meds did not work, so took him in for evaluation and was charged over $1,400 for meeting with doctor and decision on a growth removal surgery. Surgery was successful but he was sent home prematurely and almost bled out from improper closure of the wound. Took him back, required more surgery and more meds and was quoted $4,995 for the proces... read more

I brought my dog in that had breathing problems. They ran some tests, gave her some meds, sent her home, and charged me over $1,000.00 for the visit. She died that night. I can't recommend this place.

They won't let you use care credit over the phone even though you're an established client and have used care credit in the past where they can easily reference the billing/card info... Makes no sense. It was actually their fault too since I could have made the deposit for the abdominal ultrasound in person yesterday but they were having issues and didn't take the deposit.

Last Saturday I had to rush our flemish giant bunny to South Temecula Veterinary Hospital, because her belly was swollen and she was weak. When I got there I handed her over to one of the nurses. I was crying. They put me into a room and the nurse started asking me question about what happened. I told her that she had eaten some carpet. And she I didn't any poop sense the day before. all the nurses and staff are wonderful, but the doctor is so grumpy and rude. very passive aggressive if you don't accept all recommended treatments, and creates a very hostile environment. I am so disappointed and will not be back.
