We have been blown away with the office! From our first call to office boat they were a level up above the rest. Staff is knowledgeable, kind and loving to my guy. We have a large breed dog and not many people are knowledgeable and they're above and beyond.
This office has been so warm and welcoming to my boxer baby today. I could not have asked for better when dealing with Brewzers allergy.
My dog Bella had to come in for an abscess on her face that ruptured. No appointment but seen quickly on a Sunday. Very nice doctor gave us some options.
The staff has always been great. Last minute appointments, especially for injuries, have never been a problem. Has been our go to Vet for over 8 years now.
I have been taking both my dogs to South Temecula Vet Hospital for several years now. All the doctors we see are great. They discuss the issues with us and type up a plan with all the prices and items we discussed. No pressure to do everything that is recommended on the plan. I always feel like my dogs are in great hands!!
This vet is great! My dog has CUP's Disease and I saw a dental specialist the day before that quoted $8500 to remove my dogs upper teeth. Plus they would not be able to perform the surgery until late April. My dogs mouth was infected and she was in pain. The next day I called South Temecula Animal Hospital who gave me a same day appointment, the doctor confirmed the diagnosis, and was able to perform the surgery the next day for $2,000. The best veterinarian facility anywhere. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and have excellent diagnostic skills which is very important for patients who cannot talk.
We brought our daughter's schnauzer in for her teeth cleaning again. Dr. Jones called the night before to fully explain bloodwork results and to explain the day of how Maggie was doing and how many teeth she needed pulled. They called to tell us she was doing fine and when to pick her up. She's in good hands.
Great experience booking my appointment with Delanie over the phone at the front office, McKenna the vet tech and with dr Jones for my two dogs vaccines and check up. Really appreciate the way they explain everything to you and you can tell they care about their customers. Definitely will continue coming here.
