I have been going to South Temecula Vet for 10 years and I have never had an issue, I can't say anything negative, I've been here many times with my previous older dogs. I now have a Great Dane, that has had so many issues, I can't even count how many...Dr. Jensen has been great with my dog, trying to figure out all the reasons he wants to gnaw on himself...I do have to say, he's had a lot of surgeries-shoulders, plates in knees, etc., not all done here, some at VCA/Kearny Mesa SD. On Christmas Eve, my baby broke her leg. They were one of the only vets open, so I raced her straight over. Without an appointment, they got us right in. They could tell my sweet baby was in a lot of pain, and quickly got her comfortable. Even though they were extremely busy and the wait was long, they kept me informed of her status. They splinted her leg, and even gave her a cute festive Xmas cast! I really love STV! They take care of my furry kids. They are the best vet in the area and they offer pet boarding. You will love their facility because it is nice and clean.
The people working here are truly exceptional. They were welcoming on the phone and in person. They provided exceptional customer service when we brought in our dog to be put to sleep. (Long story short, he was 18 years old and just miserable from extreme pain. ) They were kind, patient, explained to us our options/ alternatives, how things worked, and most importantly, they were so loving and gentle with our little guy. This office was amazing! Professional, friendly and saved my kittens life...literally. Over xmas was given the right meds and nutrition needed ( had been to another office I wont name...who did not). Then they called the day after Xmas to make sure she was doing alright. Highly recommend their office!
This is a great vet that tries to keep the costs down in the Temecula area. The office is very nice and the entire staff is very friendly and kind. Never had any problems with this business. It's a little confusing to find at first because the location is somewhat hidden. Highly recommend.

The only reason I'm giving an extra star is because Dr. Abrahams was great. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic when it came to my sick bearded dragon. However, the front desk is awful. Trying to get them to do anything is like pulling teeth. Charging the wrong card on file after I SPECIFICALLY told them not to and the girl was adamant that it wouldn't happen. I asked multiple times for copies of my bearded dragons ultrasound images and it seemed like it was an inconvenience because they'd have to send a medical releas... read more
