So far, I have had an awesome experience with Real Property Management. Their self viewing option works out great as you can view the property at your convenience. Garrett has been great during the inquiry and application process. Answered my questions and emails in a timely manner. While email is the best way to correspond, the one time i did call my call was answered. I thought it was awesome that the quality assurance manager made sure i had a good experience. We've been using Specialized since Sep 2015. After making several inquiries with other management companies, I chose Specialized because of their promptness of response, courtesy and professionalism. Although our property took longer to rent than we'd hoped, Specialized staff made special efforts to see that we were taken care of. Jon was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process! I really love the professionalism and personable atmosphere. They had so many resources explaining any questions I may have had and were willing to help clarify anything I didn\'t understand. \r\n\r\nThe staff makes themselves available as if you are their only customer. Our experience with Real Property Management has been great thus far. We have not yet moved into our property yet, but all of the steps leading up to have flowed very smoothly. \r\n\r\nThey were very quick to respond to our initial inquiry about our property and more than willing to answer any of my (many) questions I had. Finding a home to rent was simple and application process was smooth. Any maintenance issues that have happen have been handled by RPM very quickly.
Great experience working with RPM. Agent was very helpful with locating my home.

This company has extremely poor communication. Throughout the management process it has been very difficult to get into contact with the company when there are issues. One of the issues cost us $600 and our tenants received an eviction notice that they were not supposed to receive. When we expressed our dissatisfaction they only provided justifications for their poor service and refused to compensate us for their failures. I would not recommend this company for your rental home.
