The place was cool with the brick on the walls in the living room and spacious kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Some repairs need to be addressed like replacing carpet and fixing the peeling paint in the bathroom. There are lots of stairs to climb so not recommended for older or guests with physical disabilities. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night so I was glad to have my adult son staying with me. Great place for a quick overnight in the area. Place was as described, clean and had a great view of the Ohio River. Hosts were very communicative and gave great instructions for check in/check out. There is a great little coffee shop called. Wholy Beans that you have to check out! Would stay again if in the area. Hopefully a little longer next time so we could really take advantage of how much is the place is.

i came in a week earlier than my wife so i was there 13 days.....the location is very walkable and coffee shops, lunch and dinner places are all very easy to get to. River views are relaxing and walking "Front Street" brought back a lot of memories as New Richmond is where i grew up. A large state grant is being used to "dress up" the downtown river front......definitely will play a major role in the little river town. Christian quickly got back to me with any question i had. i would definitely stay there again

Christian's place was great with plenty of room. Restaurants were either next door or a very short walk. We will definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay with Christian and his properties and we have not been disappointed He goes out of his way to answer any questions and goes the extra mile to help out One of our favorite spots in Southern Ohio Quaint coffee shops and local eateries Great river views and current renovations on Front street will make it very special 25 minutes to downtown Cincy Riverfront area Dan and Ann

I loved the space the minute we walked in. It was just like the pictures - the high ceilings throughout with the open-concept to kitchen made it such a beautiful place to stay. Would definitely come back if in town again.

I came to enjoy the second annual Mrs. Roper Invades New Richmond. What a great and comfortable space to stay!! I absolutely loved staying here. Walkable to so many shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of room. The space is also decorated very nicely. You can’t beat the view of the river from this place!
