Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Great balcony. Easy drive to downtown Cinci and Newport, KY. Can't wait to see finished town renovation. Hopefully there will be a few more restaurants in the future.

Wow! This place was wonderful, from the location to the suite itself to the price. We were all very pleased with our experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
This is my second stay with Christian. The rental is clean, big enough for me and my family, has all the amenities. The place feels like home. And Christian is the most responsive host I've had. Answered all my questions within minutes of asking. 10/10 will stay here again.
Always a go-to stay when on business in the Cincinnati area. The Springer House has the best balcony in the area and decompressing there after a long day is a treat. Love the character and charm of the house and of New Richmond. Not to mention a favorite coffee house right next door that opens at 6:30. Looking forward to getting back and seeing the completion of the Front Street renovation project.
Great place! Very safe, clean, and comfortable. The surrounding area was quiet and quaint! We probably picked the wrong day to stay though, as many businesses were closed on Mondays, but we mainly came for the rest and relaxation anyway! My friend and I loved being right next to Wholly Beans cafe and purchased multiple coffee and lemonades from them 😂 If you’re looking for a quiet, serene location to get away, this is it!
