Wonderful stay and accomidations with lots of extra perks included. Loved the coffee bar even though we didn't use it. Extra amenities made it so convenient and were very appreciated. Kind friendly host. We'll definitely stay again when visiting family that lives down the street. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Springer House. The view is incredible and the little balcony overlooking the river was a treat. The large dining room table was perfect for playing cards, games, and catching up with each other. We were a group of 8 (4 adults 4 kids) and the space was very accommodating for two couples and kids. Our kids had their own space to hang out with a kitchen and bathroom in the back, while we enjoyed living room in the front. What a beautiful Airbnb in a historic town on the Ohio River! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! The kitchen was especially well equipped with everything we might need, including an excellent assortment of spices. Our grandson enjoyed the fireplace, in particular.
Great stay and location. Comfortable apartment. Restaurants nearby were also spot on!
Beautiful home! Pictures do it no justice ! right on the waterfront and nice neighborhood! I believe there's a fire department office or store located at the bottom and me and the kiddos had the pleasure of meeting a nice fireman.
This was our 3rd stay at Christian’s place. It’s perfect for us when visiting family and so much more comfortable than a hotel. Super comfortable master bedroom !

Beautiful, cozy place to stay in New Richmond. Very clean, comfortable beds, there was a lot of thought put into making sure everything you may need is there. We loved how the old architecture was maintained. It's just a few steps away from great food and coffee. It's a gem. We will definitely stay again when visiting family.
