Upon entering, we found the staff and residence to be very social. We took a tour of the dining halls, recreation, rooms, and physical therapy, rooms, etc. the one thing that we found it was a little different at Spring tree was that they have what they call quad living. Which means they have four rooms with a common living area. Each room had its own bathroom, which was nice, however, unfortunately it’s not the kind of format that would work for my aunt. ALL the staff of Springtree: from the administration, to the maintenance crew, to the care giver team, to the receptionists, are ALL compassionate, uber competent, and continually helpful. They work tirelessly to ensure that your loved one's needs are taken care of. The facility is tastefully designed and kept in pristine conditions. The food is deliciously prepared, and the activities are numerous and varied. I am so thankful to have found this place for my sister!

I visited my family member over the holidays and was pleasantly surprised how nice and friendly this community was. I definitely felt a sense of family. Everyone was so nice, they knew everyone's names, the other resident were moving and grooving about the community. The community was clean and decked out for the holidays which was very nice. I really left with a comfort level that my loved one is in a happy, secure and with family.

I visited Springtree Senior Living last night for their Annual Holiday Party with my family member. I witness the residents all smiling, well dressed and enjoying themselves with their families. Everyone was pleasant to each other laughing and having a good time. I had a tour of all general areas that were decorated for all the Holidays ,Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanza. Love the Holiday sprit at Springtree Senior Living. Every time I visit the building for all the holidays it is very festive and staff is very enthusiastic. The best is now where that have a winter wonderland inside and again the staff is part of the excitement of the building. The Parade of Trees was phenomenal. I am a vendor and I see the way this building cares for the resident and it is second to none. I recommend this place to everyone I know because I know they will be happy, cared for and safe.

The community was extremely clean, bright, and well cared for, and everything felt updated and thoughtfully maintained. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming. What stood out most to me were the intentional spaces, especially in the memory care area. The environment felt calm and comforting, with a layout that seemed to truly support the daily lives of individuals living with dementia. This was such a wonderful community. We were able to see all the attention they've put behind all of the renovations that they've done. And even the memory care was so thoughtful, with all of the little lifestyle rooms. The team here really make you feel like this is a place where your loved one can call home.

We placed my mother in this community while we went on an extended vacation. The community was very clean and everyone was incredibly welcoming. It made me feel at ease going out of town knowing she would be in good hands. When we returned, my mother had nothing but great comments about her stay at Springtree Senior Living, from the quality of care to the activities and the food- she was very pleased.

Every time I walk into Springtree Senior Living, I’m amazed at how active and welcoming the community feels. The residents are always engaged. They're either chatting outside, participating in activities, or enjoying meals together in the dining room. There's a lively and positive atmosphere throughout. I also love how well-coordinated the care is here. The wellness team truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents receive quality care in a timely and compassionate manner.
