I am a Registered Nurse who visited a resident of Springtree Rehab and Health Care Center in Sunrise today. Upon arrival, I was greeted in a very professional and friendly manner by the receptionist, who kindly directed me. It was clear to me as I walked through the halls, passing residents, observing how that the care provided was top notch. I observed the interaction with the compassionate staff and the residents. I just moved in and I love it. I know a good thing when I see it. This is the 1st place we looked at and there was no need to look any further. I am very pleased with my decision, everyone calls my by the first name. I feel like I am part of a family. I feel comfortable and I feel I am home. The staff is so friendly and the managers are wonderful. The food is great and they keep the place very clean. I am very happy.

My dad has been living in Springtree Memory Care since [Date Removed]. I researched and went to multiple places trying to find one that treated him with respect and love. The people who work with the dementia- Alzheimer’s patients are angels on earth. Even with my father declining, they make sure to involve him in daily activities, he is ALWAYS clean shaven with fresh clothes, and they make sure he eats, sometimes feeding him in bed. Making the decision to live here was a challenge, moving from my own home into a community was a big change for me. I was a teacher, had a career and retired. I live here as an independent resident and this decision turned into a positive experience. I enjoy the amenities and the friends I have made. I am so happy here. I choose what to participate in the activities program, we go out on trips. We have monthly Birthday parties. The management staff is always available to talk to. All the managers are A+, I get to talk to them about any problem. If you need a place to live and be happy, this is the place.

I have to tell you I have been here 3 years and there has never been a dull moment. The residents love me the staff love me. We had an appreciation dinner for the residents arranged by the Executive Director and the Chef and it was outstanding. We had Surf and Turf that melted in my mouth. The Chef does a really good job with the meals but this one was the best I ever had. Better than a 5 star restaurant. Besides the food this place is magic. I have lived here 3 years and I like it so far. I get along and enjoy the activities. We get to go on trips and I enjoy doing things with the activity program. I would recommend this place. I am happy and sister lives here too.

I was visiting family and couldn’t believe how clean and how beautifully laid out the facility is. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the business manager [Name Removed] who is nothing short of absolutely amazing and down to earth. She took the time to answer all my questions and concerns which definitely put my mind at ease when it came to the billing for my loved one’s account. The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend this community!
