Our ac stopped working and within a few hours standard was able to send someone out. Kyle was a great technician!! He was on time, very courteous, very thorough, and solved our problem fast. We will definitely be using Standard in the future!
Service has always been great. We switched from another company for some expensive partially covered warranty work on the heater. Nick helped me navigate the confusing warranty rules, made it simple and was less expensive than the competitor's quote. After switching, the work was done correctly and timely. The Service Techs have always been friendly and honest. They also do the best they can to accommodate your schedule to resolve the issue.
