Young man was polite and did a detailed maintenance on my heat pump. He answered my questions and worked quickly to finish the maintenance. I have had 2 other companies do similar maintenance but not leave me as confident on the maintenance as this Standard associate did .

They were able to schedule an AC repair a day out. They called when the technician was nearby and the technician was able to replace the needed capacitor during the same trip. He was kind, courteous, and efficient. There is no doubt Standard will be at the top of our list when we need to replace our system. They do great work and seem to love what they do.
