We'll wasn't hoping our AC wouldn't die on us during this time of year but of course it did. Contacted Standard because they were original equipment installers. After a service check it was determined that the AC would need to be replaced. James came out and went over specifics for the new AC. He was great in finding an open time in their busy schedule to get ours replaced before the next heat wave. Paul and Duane were the two workhorses that then accomplished the task with speed and efficiency. Kudos to the whole team.

Of course our AC went out on the hottest day of the year and after 5pm. Standard had a number of customers in their queue but sent out tech Joe who arrived close to 8pm - I called him Hero Joe - and he was at our house till almost 11pm - we needed a new part but Joe patched it together to get it running on a temporary basis. The next day the part was ordered, delivered and installed. Excellent customer service! Caring people. Will do job far and beyond. Our A/C stopped working on the night of the 4th of July. The next morning I called Standard and accommodated my request ASAP. Thank you Standard for saving us from the heat of the summer and thank you Joe (service tech) for doing a great job!
