On Thanksgiving morning, woke up to find my house at 60 degrees & cold air coming out my vents. Called Standard at 8am & they had someone out before 10am. Couldn't thank them enough for their kindness on a holiday! Jason had a wonderful, positive attitude about covering the holiday & had great plans for when he wrapped up his day. As a medical professional that works a number of holidays, I found their response on a holiday very inspirational. Thanks again!

During my scheduled fall furnace check, the technician noticed an unusual sound when the furnace started up. He suggested since the furnace was under warranty, I should consider replacing the motor at no cost and just pay for the labor, a modest fee. I ended up saving over $600 and also saving myself the possibility of the furnace going out on the coldest day of the year, which I have experienced in the past with a different furnace!
