Service has always been great. We switched from another company for some expensive partially covered warranty work on the heater. Nick helped me navigate the confusing warranty rules, made it simple and was less expensive than the competitor's quote. After switching, the work was done correctly and timely. The Service Techs have always been friendly and honest. They also do the best they can to accommodate your schedule to resolve the issue. Jose was very polite and considerate of my home and yard as he performed a checkup on my A/C unit. He assessed my A/C unit to be ready for summer heat and did not attempt to sell me anything not needed.

I'm a multiple year Standard Heating and Air customer. Everyone at the company outstanding. Customer service is highly professional and pleasant. Maintenance technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. Sales representatives don't push customers into purchasing unneeded services or equipment. It's a pleasure to deal with honest, competent people!
The technician did a very good job and was very through. We have had Standard Heating for at least 10 years and have always been very satisfied with there service. We would and have recommended them often.
