It was excellent. Joshua the service technician did a great job and was very cordial.
First - your telephone rep was very helpful giving us tips on getting our air conditioner de-iced so service rep could assess it. Your service rep was on time, very pleasant, and respectful of property. He kept us informed of his findings as he worked through our air conditioning problem. The problem was resolved. It ended up being something not serious. Price of service was fair.
You did awesome. Didn't see an opportunity to say good things directly. Just wanted to make sure you knew Dan did an awesome job. He was professional and honest. He and Standard have reinstalled my faith in repair companies in Omaha. Thank you.

Google review won't work. Great service! Needed a fan motor for my AC. Had to order the part which took about a week. The tech showed up when he was scheduled slapped it in and we're good to go. Fair price. You replaced a condenser earlier this summer so you cut me slack on the service call. Thank you. I'll be back!!
Excellent service, responded the same day, service person diagnosed condition quickly and repaired problem quickly, reasonable price, have used this company for original installation, and previous service call. I highly recommend Standard Heating and Air.
The young man that came to check the furnace and air conditioner was extremely polite and very professional. He has been here before, remembered I could not go downstairs but remembered where to go. I would give him 5 starts if that is your highest rating. Did not set up Google account.
