The A/C was frosted outside with a Freon leak that was suspected from several earlier visits. I was given an option for repair and replacement. The coil was not available and would take 2 weeks and freight costs to get here. The regular warranty was expired 3-4 months earlier but fortunately there was an extended warranty from the installation 5 + years earlier. There were other options that were not presented. I bought a new furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago from this company I had issues with the air conditioner they warrantied it expeditiously I'm extremely happy Joe did a great job and was a big help

Customer service has been excellent and they have gone above and beyond my expectations. Helping with a new AC unit in 95 degree heat with a grandmother in the house 90 years old was nothing short of life saving!

Very good service during the Christmas Holiday and extreme cold weather. My thermostat was not communicating with the furnace and therefore no heat. The Standard Heating tech came to my address on short notice. The replacement thermostat required a back order of over a week. Tech made a temporary repair for save and comfortable heat until the part could be installed over the Holiday. I was please with the professional work and installiation.
