I have had a service contract with Standard Heating & Air Conditioning for years. I have found them to be honest, dependable, clean about their work and overall provide stellar customer service. The furnace and AC had to be replaced at our previous home and they were very careful in explaining options and then in installing the equipment. When we moved to a different home, I was sure to transfer my contract to receive the same type of service. I highly recommend them.
Tech specialist Mark L********** came out on short notice when our infinity thermostat was failing, diagnosed the problem and secured a new stat next day during a heat alert time and installed it that day! Above and beyond service! GBS*****
I requested an annual inspection. The service person was on time, did a great job of answering my questions, completed the work quickly, and made some minor adjustments that were needed. I thought the price was fair. The service technician was very polite and friendly. Standard installed a new furnace and AC five years ago, and they have always done a good job with service.
Very professional and explained everything he was doing. Showed me how dirty my filter was (yuk).
Young man was polite and did a detailed maintenance on my heat pump. He answered my questions and worked quickly to finish the maintenance. I have had 2 other companies do similar maintenance but not leave me as confident on the maintenance as this Standard associate did .
