The technician was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He did say the unit needed some freon( or whatever is being used to cool the system). I didn't have to get it that day but did since he was there. I have always had the nicest technicians. It is also nice to have the phone answered by someone on the staff. Highly recommend the company

The technician was prompt, was thorough examining the system, gave helpful tips for maintenance, and discussed potential future issues with our aging system. No pressure to make unnecessary repairs or system replacement.
Very professional techs! Very friendly. They were able to figure out what was wrong with my AC and repaired it quickly! I will highly recommend Standard to anyone!!

My wife and I signed up for the maintenance plan through Standard Heating and Air years ago. We have always had wonderful customer service from the office staff. They are professional and listen to concerns in regard to issues. Our technician this last time was incredible. We had run low on refrigerant and it had caused our unit to freeze. He explained everything that he was doing to the unit and how much refrigerant he had to put in. I had the service tech come out for the maintenance check. He cleaned the outside unit throughly checked the air conditioner system. I would highly recommend Standard Heating and Air.
