Had a furnace that wouldn't stay lit. The technician came out and tested a couple of things and found out that my problem was the heat probe was too dirty to properly register that ignition had occurred. He cleaned the probe and then retested everything to make sure nothing else was wrong. He then stayed around for another 15 minutes with the unit running to make sure everything was now working correctly. I will definitely be calling Standard again for all of my future needs.

I’ve used Standard Heating and Air for many years and only once did I have a less than exceptional experience. On my most recent check up Andrew, the technician, was great. Very thorough and did a great job of explaining things to me.

The A/C was frosted outside with a Freon leak that was suspected from several earlier visits. I was given an option for repair and replacement. The coil was not available and would take 2 weeks and freight costs to get here. The regular warranty was expired 3-4 months earlier but fortunately there was an extended warranty from the installation 5 + years earlier. There were other options that were not presented.
