I arrived to the office and was greeted immediately. Todd was friendly, extremely helpful and thorough with the renting process. He gave me a tour and let me look at a few sizes so I could choose the proper storage unit, (which was very helpful, because I'm a visual person). The units were all clean, as well as the property. Overall great experience so far. I highly recommend this storage facility!
Staff is kind and accommodating. Place is clean and quiet. Security is good. I really appreciate the staff - they called me when I didn't lock my unit correctly! They also let us change unit sizes at the last minute to accommodate more stuff. Great experience all around.
Nick helped me out today, not only did he stay after 5 pm to help me out he provided me with the best customer service. Definitely if you need a storage unit come here.
Very attentive and friendly. Offered us the best value. Todd was very nice to my mom by taking her to see every size. He also took the time to explain everything throughout.
