This place is so clean and secure! You can set up everything online, and just start moving stuff. It was so easy and the staff are great to work with.

This place is high security-super safe! I moved my stuff from a Kearny Mesa facility because of constant theft. I complained to that facility, but they said I should have had insurance. I made the drive to Stax UP, and our property was completely secure. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They respond quickly and are very efficient. I live in La Jolla and is well worth the drive. Nancy H.

Talk about top of the line customer service! Todd and Brandy are awesome! I was able to get my unit within minutes using the online services! Super easy and very affordable! Easy to enter and very accessible for any vehicle! And if by chance you somehow drop your lock keys down a drain they will fish them out without hesitation! I'm glad I found this place and happy to have had the pleasure of meeting Todd and Brandy!

I'm a captive customer since I'm overseas, but in six years, I've seen the monthly rate increase from $175 to $266. Their "rationale" claims it is due to increased operational costs. With interest rates essentially flat, that justification is nonsense. The customer service, in my experience, is terrible with their local manager, Brandi, refusing to respond to my complaints about their system failures. I regret using their facilities.

I rented a 10x 10 unit five months ago to store some boxes while we moved from Ventura county to San Marcos. I found the facility to be extremely clean and convenient. I thought the facility was very safe and kept our belongings secure. The personnel at the facility were always helpful and good natured. I have finally moved all our boxes into our home so we don't need the unit any longer. Take your business else where!!!! Not only are the prices ridiculous here but you are also FORCED to buy insurance that covers nothing. Recently many customers have complained about RAT DROPPINGS and although they say they are "fixing" the issue, they are telling us that the insurance doesn't cover this?!? So I'm paying these people $150 a month so rats can destroy my valuables? And to top it off the person in the office tells me to just throw some black pepper all over my unit so that no rats will "come in". Great customer ... read more
