The warehouses the smaller units are in are very well maintained, clean, well lit, and I love the security there! I pay on line and appreciate the reminder email in advance and the convenience of it too. The few times I have needed help from the people running this location, they have always been friendly. I would definitely recommend them. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for here. If I am going to pay to store something, I want it secure.

If I could leave a 0 star rating, I would. I have been a loyal customer here for 8+ years prior to their change in ownership. I just received a notice my rent was increasing from $94 + insurance to $144/mo! When I questioned it, this exorbitant 65% increase was explained in the following email: "We know that this increase is higher than we have done in the past. During your time with us we have only increased your account one other time for just a few dollars. Our company had made a decision to do increases this year to all ... read more

I know this is only a storage place but the people are so amazingly nice and they take such great care of me. tThe units are super clean and the service is outstanding. I would use them again in a second.

I recently within the last couple of months received a very high rent increase for the storage unit which was not only a bit abrupt but more importantly a BIG jump in price. The price jump was $38 per month in addition to what I already pay . I realize these things are inevitable but that is a $38 increase per month (That's my gym membership times 3 and then add 8 bucks). Literally "as good as it gets". Everything about this place is stellar. The place is very well run. It's always SUPER clean, which I find so important in a storage facility! Brandy is the most friendly and accommodating person ever! I value her customer service sincerity and genuine pleasant disposition. So refreshing! And I am always grateful that they don't overcharge for space. I've rented other places, but this is the 3rd time I've rented here! There's a reason I'm always back. Great customer service! Brandy was awesome and answered all my questions that I had. Signing up was done in 5 min. The storage is big, clean, and secure which is what I was looking for when looking at storage units. I switched to a larger storage unit and I put my lock on incorrectly, the next day I got call saying that my lock was not on correctly. Came down as soon as I got the call and put my lock on correctly this time. As mentioned great customer service! Keep up the good work!

Brandy was very sweet, great customer service. She made it very easy to decide that this storage was for us. No stairs, clean, locked facilities, open from 5am-10pm!!!!

I was in a bind and needed a place to store my stuff quick. This was the second place I called and I was very impressed by the customer service and how nice and helpful everybody is! I think I have talked to a few different people that work here and they are all very friendly. After getting getting my unit I was also impressed with how clean and secure everything is and how easy it has been to make payment and how many different payment options are available. Def a 5 star business.
