Steven and his team were amazing! They made the process so easy and as stress-free as possible. I wanted to close at the end of the month, a week before we finally settled on a price, and they took care of me. The whole process couldn't ask for a better lender and his team. Their communication and attention to detail were on point!! I will come back for refinancing or possibly a new home purchase.

Steve put up with me for two years while I searched for that perfect retirement home in multiple states. He gave me great advice and I always felt that he was behind me all the way. Steve went above and beyond for my family, getting us into our dream home! Him and his team were incredible! He is knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and just a super honest nice hard-working guy! Buying our property was a huge challenge, the sellers were a nightmare to deal with, the property itself had many unique challenges, and we needed a jumbo loan with four co-buyers. Steve still was able to pull it off and make it happen for us!

Steven is amazing. We had a very aggressive 21 days to close and he made it happen. The realtor also said how lucky we were to have Steven in our corner to help us close. He also helped us get the best interest rate possible - even paying down points when the market rates increased a bit. He was also so helpful in answering all my questions. This is my third time working with Steven and I’ll definitely work with him in the future.

Steve and his staff were detailed and very helpful. There were a few bumps in the road, but they guided us through the process. Communication was exceptional and we received calls, texts, and emails as needed. We would recommend them to anyone who might have unusual circumstances. Steve's hard work was much appreciated.
