We worked with Jennifer who was very nice and helpful. She made the process fast and simple. They have clean office and clean units. We are happy with our 8x 13 unit.

This unique storage facility is more affordable and spacious than any I've used in the past since they use shipping containers and it allows for much more space per square foot. Jennifer is the manager at the Hamilton location in Huntington Beach and is very helpful in providing all the information needed and follow up was excellent especially when we are all busy moving. Access is easy and payment is flexible and affordable to keep.

I have been renting from them for a couple of years and have always been happy. The prices are fair relative to the location of the units and the size of the units (a nice part of Huntington Beach). The staff is always friendly and helpful. This past week, I went to visit one of my units, and my lock seemed to have an issue. I hadn't been there for a while, so the lock felt very dry and the mechanism wasn't working well. The woman working there went above and beyond to help out.
