Stella the manager is the best! Carl, the previous manager before Stella, was also super cool. I don't have a unit her anymore since moving. But, when I was relocating back home, I had a large unit. I've also referred a bunch of friends here. Easy access & great prices.

We needed to rent a storage unit for some furniture because of work that is being done to the house. At first, I thought I would need a small unit, but in talking to the contractors, I realized that I would need to change the unit I reserved to a larger one and needed it sooner than I had anticipated. Carl was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. He was understanding of the changes I needed and cheerfully answered all of my many questions. I am very pleased with the attention and service Carl provided.

My Wife's Mother is a real PITA so we recently decided to put her in a home and needed a place to put her junk until we could trash it. Carl showed us a unit that was the perfect size and gave us a great price. He was very professional despite my wife's incessant need to ask 200 questions, gee I wonder where she gets that from?! All in all Carl at Storage outlet provided a great experience. Thanks Carl!

This place is great! My mother and I came here looking to rent a spot during her move. We stopped by and were greeted by the manager Carl, he gave us a tour of the place and showed us different sizes. We ended up getting a entire shipping container and it worked out great. Not a bad place to store your items, I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to store in Huntington Beach.

Offered $180 pricing. Actual fees are 224 a month. Fees and services really bring the rate up. Be warned.

We got our valuables stolen at this storage!!!!! The lock was broken, and it was a mess inside. We paid our hard earned money to keep our valuable safe inside this storage facility. Extremely disappointed and angry! We had a lot of expensive things and irreplaceable ones because of sentimental value. When my husband asked the manager for the security cameras, she said that the video footage was not visible; not good. What the hell!! We did a police report, but have not received any follow up. Update information from the HB Police. The video security footage is Not clear or well lit enough to identify the people that are walking around the facility after hours. Essentially, there is no security other than the locks you put on the storage units.

something is very wrong at this facility, homeless living in bushes in front of facility & living in the storage units also (thought that was illegal). Cardboard & bicycles sticking up in bushes easily seen on Hamilton Avenue. Saw police go to the encampment in bushes Wednesday 5/2/18 around 1120am. Don't know what happened but 6 days later it looks like nothing has changed. I'm not happy that this storage facility allows people that are homeless to camp and stay on their property. Safety and security could become an issue if one was to store their valuables on this property.
