This has been the best service getting all set up with a unit. Kat has been more than helpful in getting me all squared away with a safe and secure storage unit. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for this storage service.
This is my third time renting a storage unit from Storage Outlet- Huntington Beach. Each time I have rented a unit has been a breeze. You are able to rent a unit online or in person and the monthly payment process is super easy. The staff at Storage Outlet is very friendly and extremely helpful! I 100% recommend Storage Outlet of Huntington Beach if you are in need of a unit.
Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. My family and I went through a tough issue with our landlord and needed locker to put basically our whole house in. First off we called the facility 8 minutes before closing and spoke to Kat she was able to stay open an additional 15 minutes for us to give us time to arrive and had us in a storage locker in minutes. I am changing from one storage to this one. I choose this because all the others I have used have wood in the ceilings or some wood in the structure and I cannot store any wood items in them because I have seen termite droppings, so I had to move them back into my house. Wether you're storing junk or the family jewels, I'd recommend using The Storage Outlet in Huntington Beach! This complex sits right off PCH and offers steel craft units for your storage purposes. I've been using the SO for a little over a year now and I'm incredibly pleased by the convenience of this complex. You have access to your unit 7 days a week, from 5am-9pm.
