I don't like leaving reviews for places I don't get to try but I felt I had to let others know. I arrived exactly at 5:40pm on a Tuesday, door was locked and lights to the office were off. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and that maybe they were showing a unit to someone since their posted hours are until 6pm. So I waited until 6pm and no one came back. Fail.

I gave this location 2 stars not because of the customer service but the gauging fees that come along with being late. I provided a PDF for you to take a look for yourself. These fees are astronomical! I'm not quite sure who governs these fees that are associated with harboring one's personal belongings. This is probably the most disgusting and undisclosed secret at this storage location. Neither of my storage experiences in the past haven't been stressful like this place.

I was moving so I thought that I needed to rent a storage unit so I phoned and spoke to Angel who seemed very plesant over the phone and told me to put down a holding deposit. However, about 4 hours later I phoned and explained that it was uncovered that I would not actually need the unit after all. It was at this time that Angel said that the "holding deposit was non-refundable." we stored our household items here for 4 months (sept to dec). despite being assured that there were no problems with dampness in the container storage units when we moved our items in, the household items we stored have been ruined by mold and mildew.
