A storage place is hard to to give a positive review and not often, give top stars.. They are usually pretty bad and take advantage! But the fact of the matter is, Storage Outlet is pretty great! I have 3 units here, 1) 8'x40' / 2) 8'x20's and have been storing for almost a year now. I have spent a lot of money at Storage Outlet! This location is amazing and so convenient! The prices are pretty close to the competition. Per square foot, pretty close to market! I have a few more units at Public Storage that I plan to move... read more

I rent here, and come by frequently. I love my unit and feel like it's safe to access it whenever I want. Whenever I come, the facility is clean and well maintained. There is a gate and cameras. The hours are great giving me plenty of time to access my unit. They had the best price I could find in this area. Great customer service from Stella - she was very responsive by both phone and email. Their system with auto-pay and notifications made renting a unit easy and convenient. Units are corrugated shipping container style with wood floors. Never had issues with access or someone not being around during the posted business hours. Overall, a great experience.

Storage places are usually a rip off and a nightmare all in one. I have nothing but praises for Storage Outlet. The price is perfect and the place is spotless. Stella was nothing but a pleasure to work with. Its very easy to get in and out and I feel my belongings are very safe here. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a great price and clean facility.

Stella the manager is the best! Carl, the previous manager before Stella, was also super cool. I don't have a unit her anymore since moving. But, when I was relocating back home, I had a large unit. I've also referred a bunch of friends here. Easy access & great prices.

We needed to rent a storage unit for some furniture because of work that is being done to the house. At first, I thought I would need a small unit, but in talking to the contractors, I realized that I would need to change the unit I reserved to a larger one and needed it sooner than I had anticipated. Carl was very pleasant and a pleasure to work with. He was understanding of the changes I needed and cheerfully answered all of my many questions. I am very pleased with the attention and service Carl provided.

My Wife's Mother is a real PITA so we recently decided to put her in a home and needed a place to put her junk until we could trash it. Carl showed us a unit that was the perfect size and gave us a great price. He was very professional despite my wife's incessant need to ask 200 questions, gee I wonder where she gets that from?! All in all Carl at Storage outlet provided a great experience. Thanks Carl!
