We had to get a storage unit last minute and Katherine helped us in a timely manner. She was very thorough in explaining the costs as well a security. I would highly recommend this storage place!

Definitely would recommend this place to everyone. My family and I went through a tough issue with our landlord and needed locker to put basically our whole house in. First off we called the facility 8 minutes before closing and spoke to Kat she was able to stay open an additional 15 minutes for us to give us time to arrive and had us in a storage locker in minutes. I am changing from one storage to this one. I choose this because all the others I have used have wood in the ceilings or some wood in the structure and I cannot store any wood items in them because I have seen termite droppings, so I had to move them back into my house. Others storage charged more for a smaller unit. I met with Kat. I'm very pleased with the company and with the manager, Stella. The place is always clean, well lit, and accessible. Stella is very responsive to any calls or needs, and a very trustworthy person. Just wish my unit was air conditioned haha
