This is my second time using Storage outlet. I am very pleased with the service I have received. The hours of operations make is easy to get to my storage unit throughout the day. The employees are very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a storage need.

Needing a storage unit during these difficult completely life altering times seemed bleak but Albert made it so easy. He was so accommodating & made sure I had everything I needed. Alex stepped in & helped me when I went to claim the unit because I needed a lock since I couldn't find my previous one at home. They made the process so easy & both were so pleasant even though we couldn't do business face to face. I've rented many storage units in the past & this was by far the best experience I've had.
We last minute needed a storage unit and Alex was very helpful and was able to get us a unit that fit our needs same day. Everything was very clean. They even had coffee and a kids table/toy in the lobby which was perfect for keeping our son occupied while we handled paperwork. They even gave us little hand sanitizers (which are hot commodities right now!)

They are always super clean and a great company to work with! They have all of the different resources you would need in the office as well. Highly recommend!!!
This is a great place!!! The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The Facility is very clean and kept up. I always feel safe when I had to come to the storage. The hours are als very good and convenient. Inside it's well lit. They even have dollies and carts to lend to you just Incase. The prices are also affordable. Not too high. I recommend this place.
After calling around to several storage units to get quotes, I ultimately chose Storage Outlet for several reasons. One, the customer service was superb, friendly, professional and efficient! Additionally, the storage units are easily accessible and clean. Finally, the cost was similar to others, but after the 1st and 2nd month 1/2 off special, it was well worth choosing Storage Outlet. Thank you guys!
