Place is clean, prices are reasonable and area is safe, the staff *Albert* is awesome and respectful and did answer my questions and concerns, will reccomend their business to others

We have been looking for the storage unit for a while and we found this place and we love it. The staff is friendly and helped us going throught the options and the best deal possible. We are pleased with the service received and the unit we leased.
This place was fantastic! Quick, easy, clean, and secure access. Everything looked pristine and solid and I had no trouble with my own storage time here. Definitely recommend storing here :D
Recently rented a storage unit from here. I was VERY PLEASED with the staff and the selections of the units. Mindy was very helpful and didn't rush us at all even though it was just coming to past store hours. She even extended the hours on our first night- allowing us to start transferring over our items, and helped us find the best size unit to accommodate our needs. The space itself seems adequate and quick to rent but it has been extremely difficult to get the storage team to honor their 50% discount for the first 2 months that they advertised (Made sure to confirm the space qualified for the discount also). I tried contacting them multiple times in the last month or so but every bill I've been getting so far is for the full amount. Be very wary and make sure to get them to apply it before renting the space.
Been using this place to store excess inventory for my business, price is good, the staff is nice enough but beware of the move out process, it seems their online system has no purpose whatsoever as whatever I do, I would need to be physically there. When I signup for auto pay I needed to come in to sign a form with my cc. Not sure what the point is for the online system if I still need to come in. On move out I press the intent to move button and it let me pick a date and make me sign a form telling me if I am unable move... read more
We've been using them since last year,and all seemed well. Up until this pandemic,it obviously made things extremely difficult for everyone. The staff there, was quite unconcerned and non empathetic towards everyone's financial capabilities of paying and refused to work out anything. They continued to charge late fees and even double charged. Alberto, was useless and assured are monies would be be refunded..not! Was a little confused about some of the charges & fees... And storage insurance being mandatory. But overall we haven't had any problems yes. This place tapes you when it comes to late fees and breaking off your lock for not paying on time. We pay the fees without complaint because we lag but we always pay it. They cut off our lock, charge us for the lock they put on, then make us get a new one.... wtf. It's not that serious....
