Been using this place to store excess inventory for my business, price is good, the staff is nice enough but beware of the move out process, it seems their online system has no purpose whatsoever as whatever I do, I would need to be physically there. When I signup for auto pay I needed to come in to sign a form with my cc. Not sure what the point is for the online system if I still need to come in. On move out I press the intent to move button and it let me pick a date and make me sign a form telling me if I am unable move... read more

Unfortunately, I must downgrade my initial review because the A/C by my space has not been working - the entire summer. Attached is a photo of the building thermostat, showing a temp of 91F - and this was taken in a part of the building where the A/C had been working (sort of). The area by my space was so hot that even the workers needed to go outside to cool off. They've only recently started getting estimates for repairs and the office staff tells me it may take another two months to get things fixed? Not the climate contr... read more

We've been using them since last year,and all seemed well. Up until this pandemic,it obviously made things extremely difficult for everyone. The staff there, was quite unconcerned and non empathetic towards everyone's financial capabilities of paying and refused to work out anything. They continued to charge late fees and even double charged. Alberto, was useless and assured are monies would be be refunded..not! Now,they just sent out a notice claiming they have to increase our rent($20.00) due to added costs such as insuran... read more

Was a little confused about some of the charges & fees... And storage insurance being mandatory. But overall we haven't had any problems yes. This place tapes you when it comes to late fees and breaking off your lock for not paying on time. We pay the fees without complaint because we lag but we always pay it. They cut off our lock, charge us for the lock they put on, then make us get a new one.... wtf. It's not that serious....

Really wish we could get our shit out if here, but we have to wait till hopefully this summer to get a house. We started out with a monthly of $190 and it is now at $225 like I dont recall them ever saying they would and could increase the rent. Thats BS! And they charge an arm and a leg if your even a day late. Thats reDICKulous! This place sucks!! Find another more honest place that wont rack up your rent. Other than that it is a nice storage place, but not worth it if they raise your rent.
