We have rented a storage space many times years ago. We recently came back and honestly... the staff makes this place! Everyone is so helpful and willing to work with what works best for you and your needs. Albert the manager is awesome! He is accommodating, friendly, responds quick and always makes suggestions he thinks will help! Other places are less expensive but honestly.. the peace of mind knowing your belongings are safe and you trust the staff is irreplaceable!
I was storing at another storage but the prices there were getting outrageous. I went in to this location and the managers there were so helpful! The facility was clean and the prices were much better and service was friendlier.
I have used them twice on different occasions. The staff is always helpful and courteous. Pricing is fair as well. The facility is clean and well maintained. Tips: they require a special pad lock what prevents from being bolt cut, you can either buy it on your own which I recommend or from them. If you have home owner's insurance you don't need to buy extra insurance from them. They require a 10 day notice when you move out and the rent can be prorated.

The staff is great. They are very accommodating. As I grew my business from a tiny start-up to a real company, they helped me by personally letting me know when larger units became available (I moved units 3 times in a few months). Eventually, I had so much inventory that I had to move out and get a warehouse. However, I will use Storage Outlet again when I have overflow inventory. Prices are good, place is very clean, and the access hours are better than most places that I have seen.
Very courteous and helpful staff, loved having a space with them at their Chino location! They call, text and email any heads up - such as leaving my unit unlocked...several times. They are very professional and take pride in taking care of all their customers. Pricing is average to any of the units surrounding, if you find them a little over priced believe me their service is completely worth it! Safe, cameras, clean...
Very Clean, well-secured and the staff was friendly. The units are spacious and provide climate control. For $95 not bad for a good sized unit with insurance that will cover up to $2500 in damages. Location is nice and provides us a good sense of being. Look forward to moving in stuff on Sunday, so we can stop looking like hoarders. Location is perfect in the meantime to house our belongings till we buy our home.
