I have been waiting for a secure spot for my trailer for a long, long time. It was worth the wait. Yankee is super secure and clean. Melanie, the manager, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I could not be happier.
Melanie is awesome. Had a small situation where I was charged more than I was supposed to be charged. I called and left a message and Melanie followed up. She was very kind, polite and courteous and understanding. She fixed the problem asap. 5 stars to Yankee for their excellent customer service!
My wife and I have been customers for a little over a year and just upgraded our storage to a larger size. The staff has always been phenomenal, great personalities... so nice to do business with. The facility has always been clean and looks to be well taken care of. Security, with cameras and gate access, and staff. They have the best rates around also. We would continue doing business with them even though we have about a 20 minute drive. Thanks Melanie, and Ricky, we appreciate you.

We've been with Yankee storage for awhile now. Camparable prices for the area, but Melanie makes this place exceptional. She is so friendly, professional at all times, and an excellent multi-tasker. She always has a smile and is so helpful. Love the ice machine, covered parking for our RV, clean restroom, and dump. Love that the storage has electrical.
The manager Melanie is the best. I have been renting units for years & she has been the greatest. With the new owners things have changed but Melanie is still very helpful and friendly.
Although Yankee is under new management, Melanie and Ricky are the reason I have stayed renting a unit, they are the nicest people and they treat you with dignity and respect. The new owners?......hmmmm, well all I can say is that they leave much to be desired and can be downright rude and callous but Melanie and Ricky always greet you with a warm, friendly smile and are the ones who make it bearable to rent here. I also love the perks bathrooms and the ice machine, especially during the hot summers.

I reserved a unit on line, the price was great and that's what brought me there. I spoke with Melinda, she was absolutely wonderful. Her customer service was some of the best I've ever seen. She was very helpful, polite and professional. The facility is clean, well maintained and safe. The only down side is the units are pitch dark at night and the ceilings are only about 7 ft high. So I have to rent 2 units to fit my things. It's costing me a little less for the 2 units here at Yankee, than it was Costing for my 1 unit b... read more
We have our travel trailer here, in covered parking. Just came to day to get another storage unit for our camping / traveling gear. Both Melanie and Rick are extremely friendly and efficient. The office is busy with customers and they have excellent multi tasking skills. Everyone here seems very satisfied. They have wonderful RV parking. Ours is covered and 40ft.
